Information on Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:
- on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods under one order and these were delivered simultaneously;
- on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods under one order and these were delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. This can be done by email: care@wearovaro.com.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within 30 days after receipt of your notice of withdrawal.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will this reimbursement incur any additional costs for you.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have:
- received the returned goods, or
- you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods,
whichever is the earliest.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you informed us about the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.
The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by you.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Reasons for Exclusion and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer;
- for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon when the contract was concluded, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose value depends on market fluctuations;
- for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscriptions.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts:
- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
