SHIPPING
At the moment, we only ship within New Zealand. We are working on expanding to more countries in the future.
We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the order value. Whether you order one item or several, you will not pay any shipping costs.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by clicking the button in the shipping confirmation email or by entering your tracking number on our tracking page: Tracking | NZ Post
Our processing time is 1–3 business days. Once your parcel has been shipped, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Returns
You can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order. To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend reading our return policy, which can be found in the footer of our website. If you would like to request a return, simply send us an email and our team will guide you through the process.
Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged or faulty item. We will make sure to provide an appropriate solution.
